Common questions
The test link says I can't join
The link works only for Gmail addresses on our tester list. Make sure you are signed in to Google Play with the same Gmail you sent us. If you haven't sent it yet, email us your Gmail.
My upload seems stuck
Uploads carry on in the background and start again by themselves after your phone restarts, so give it a little time on Wi-Fi or mobile data. If it is still stuck, email us your username and the series name.
How do I report or block someone?
Open their conversation, their profile or their web series, and tap Report or Block. People you block no longer see you or your series.
Where are my videos stored?
On your phone in Movies > Short Series, and in the app owner's Google Drive. Read the details in the privacy policy.
